Eine sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung.

Die Ausstattung besonders die Sauna und die Badewanne waren toll. Nach einigen kleinen Hindernissen konnte alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit genutzt werden.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und der Fernblick ist perfekt. In der Nähe ist eine super Pizzeria, die deutlich besser ist als die meisten Restaurants in Cochem.Die Sauna und die Badewanne machten die Unterkunft besonders. Wir würden lediglich empfehlen, ein paar mehr indirekte Lampen für mehr Gemütlichkeit aufzustellen.In Summe sehr zu empfehlen.

FeWo schön eingerichtet mit tollem Ausblick auf die Mosel und die Reichsburg mit prima Sauna.

Bei Ankunft alte Essensreste unter dem Tisch im Wohnzimmer und in einem Nachttisch/4 Paar Socken von Vormietern im Schlafzimmer Schrank/Ofen gemäß Bilder auf Homepage nicht vorhanden/Ein Stuhl am Esstisch nicht zu benutzen, da Unterbau mit den Stuhlbeinen komplett locker/Wasserhahn an Spüle wackelt/Mangelhafte Küchenausttattung/Schlechte Lichtverhältnisse im Wohnzimmer/Buchungspreis für FeWo definitiv zu hoch. Null Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter wegen Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
