Walk to the beach from this 2-story townhouse on the barrier island, steps from the largest beach in Vero, South Beach!

Pet Friendly for one pet up to 30 pounds.

2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1500 square feet, fully furnished with all the comforts of home.

King bed in one bedroom, queen and twin bed in the other bedroom. Both feature en-suite bathrooms with tub and shower. All new linens and towels furnished, including featherbeds!

2 levels of screened in lanais, one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Beautiful landscaping with a very tropical feel. Small complex with plenty of parking. Very quiet! Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet.

Downstairs features - Newly remodelled kitchen * Living area - comfortable furniture including a loveseat that makes into a twin bed, sofa bed that makes into a queen sized bed, glider rocking chair, NEW 55 INCH SMART TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan * Half bath * Wet bar * Lanai * Outdoor patio area * Kitchen with all new cabinets and countertops, newly tiled, dishwasher, microwave/air fryer, stove, refrigerator. Recently renovated to open up the kitchen to the living area. Other features include conveniences such as a CrockPot, mixer, coffee maker, George Foreman grill and Belgian waffle maker. Fully furnished with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Everything you need! Or just eat out at one of the great local restaurants! Stack of menus provided!

Host Nikki Bair was gracious, helpful and very accommodating. The rental unit was as advertised in a very friendly community, just steps from the best beach in the area, great restaurants around the corner and a short bike ride into town. We had a great February in Vero Beach and would definitely consider returning.

This place is awesome! Nikki was an incredible host. She was very kind and accommodating. The neighbors are awesome, and my wife and I had a blast staying here for a few months. We would have stayed longer if we could!

Great location

The location is wonderful, literally steps from the beach with restaurants nearby. The space in the townhouse is good and it was outfitted with everything we needed. We would have rented again for next year, but since it is for sale and how popular VeroBeach is for winter visitors, we need the security of an established rental.

Vero Beach town house

The town house was very clean and spacious and the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The location is excellent. The beach is easily walkable, not busy and in great shape. The neighbors are friendly without being intrusive. Plenty of golf courses nearby. I would rent again

If you are looking for close and easy strole to the beach, quiet area to walk, and quick and easy access to the mainland, this is it. Small and quiet 6 unit condo with great parking.
