Spend your holidays in this apartment with terrace, air conditioning/heating and parking. Located in a residential complex with communal swimming pool and heated pool. If you prefer the low season, there are special offers for long stays!
Maximum capacity for 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a terrace ideal for enjoying outdoors.
Enjoy the facilities of the Al Andalus Hill residential complex, with communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in May, June, July, August, September and October), heated pool (open in November, December, January, February, March and April) and children's playground. A café-bar can be found about 400 metres away, and a large supermarket and a water park are less than 5 minutes by car.
IMPORTANT: The heated pool is closed in January, February and March 2025.
Spend your holidays in Vera Playa, an ideal destination that gives you the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
IMPORTANT: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In the case of a discounted monthly rental, electricity is NOT included. Pets are not allowed. Young groups are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
