The urbanisation has communal parking, two swimming pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, etc. There are two restaurants in the urbanisation and 24 hours security.
The flat consists of one bedroom and living room with open plan kitchen. It is fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, sofa bed, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and all necessary kitchen utensils. It has wifi connection, netflix channels and foreign astra channels.
