Cosy studio apartment with a balcony, perfect for 2 people, located in the heart of Salerno and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Excellent location, ideal for all types of stays: situated next to the Verdi Theatre, the apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) yet just a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Libertà, the ferry terminal, and the beach. For larger groups, the adjacent Amalfi studio apartment is available, accommodating up to 5 guests.



The 20-square-meter apartment is located on level -3 of a building WITHOUT an lift: PLEASE NOTE: You must use the stairs to access it.



Please also note that the entrance is shared with the adjacent studio apartment, while the interior spaces are completely private.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette with dining table, split A/C, and a fully equipped cooking area featuring an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, espresso pot, kettle, and electric toaster

- Living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, closet, TV, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

30 EUR from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.



The apartment is located right in the heart of Salerno, a 5-minute walk from the Verdi Theatre and the Villa Comunale, the city’s main park, which hosts various events throughout the year, such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned Luci d’Artista event during the Christmas season.

The historic centre is just a short walk away, where you can be enchanted by the charm of the quaint alleyways that bear witness to a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an endless selection of all kinds of venues, restaurants, bars, and pizzerias.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the beautiful waterfront and Santa Teresa Beach, where you can admire an enchanting view and take a stroll while enjoying an ice cream, go for a run, or rent a bike. A 10-minute walk will take you to Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit Salerno Cathedral, the city’s main Catholic place of worship.

Continuing along one of Salerno’s main shopping streets, Via dei Mercanti—a charming, historic street that runs through the entire Old Town—you’ll reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the ground floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th-century noble residence that once belonged to one of Salerno’s most prominent families.

Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is an absolute must-see. The view that unfolds before you once you reach the top of the castle is sublime: a unique panorama overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, stretching from the tip of the Amalfi Coast all the way to Agropoli—it will leave you breathless!



- From Salerno Airport - Amalfi Coast: Take the Salerno– Airlink service to Central Station, then walk 20 minutes or take bus line 001 to the Croce 12 stop, just a few metres from the accommodation.



- From Naples Airport: Take the Alibus to Naples Central Station, where you can catch a train (high-speed, Intercity, or regional) to Salerno Station; from there, take bus line 001 to the Croce 12 stop, just a few metres from the accommodation.



- From Salerno Station: It’s a 30-minute walk, or you can take bus line 001 to the Croce 12 stop, just a few metres from the accommodation.



- If you’re travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it’s accessible by car. Street parking in the immediate vicinity is paid parking on blue-lined spaces or free (NOT guaranteed) on white-lined spaces. You can also park for a fee at the Garage Duomo, located at Via Fratelli Linguiti 2, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
