Really great stay!!

The property is really nice and really clean. Beautiful view of the town from the little balcony. Really well located, a calm town really close to amalfi (5 min walk) and it’s easy to take the bus or ferry from amalfi. Host is really nice and has been there to help us out. Few more towels would’ve been appreciated. Great stay!

Francesco was a fantastic host. He met us at a restaurant near the property and took us over and showed us around. He answered many questions about the local area and gave us advice about where to eat and other local recommendations. The house was quite big and was a little drafty and go cold at night even with the heaters. But other than that a fantastic place in an ideal location.

Great location

The location of this apartment is great. Atrani is quieter than Amalfi, yet still close. There were stairs, but not too many and Francesco helped us with our luggage. Francesco was friendly and responsive. The view from the balcony was beautiful (I think even better than a water view, it was a lovely view of the town and mountain). The apartment was clean. The wifi worked adequately. A few extra details (e.g., mattress toppers, somewhere to comfortably sit, a wider variety of cookware) would have made it a bit more comfortable and homey, but honestly, we spent most of our time outside, so not a big deal.

Nice place, friendly and helpful host

We had a great stay at Francesco’s place. He is very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had all cooking appliances and utensils available. The two air conditioners were great at keeping the place cool. We liked Atrani better than Amalfi. Only thing is that we found the clothes washer difficult to use, looked like the handle had previously been damaged. Francesco was helpful with this. He is a very nice man and helped carry my luggage up the stairs.

Gorgeous Atrani!

The apartment has a fantastic view of the mountainside with dwellings, ancient church and huge cave. It is very light and sunny and has a wonderful balcony for drying clothes and just enjoying the mountain breezes and views. Francesco was so very helpful and responsive, He carried both our luggages up and down the steps for us. He waited with us at the bus stop and so that he could put our luggage in the storage on the bus. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful!

Great location to explore Amalfi coast

Atrani was one of our favorite places because of the people. The host was very helpful. He greeted us at the bus station to get us to the apartment which was very appreciated. He recommended a lovely restaurant in Atrani that was delightful and delicious. It was a short walk to Amalfi for shopping and ferry/bus shuttle. We preferred the ferry as the buses did not seem to run in a timely manner. But did use bus when needed. We enjoyed the beach of Atrani, nice and quiet compared to Amalfi. Looks like they are putting in lounge chairs and umbrellas as we speak. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a six night stay. Any problems or questions were quickly answered by Francesco. He was kind and helpful, definitely our favorite host of our Italy tour.

Fantastic. Very clean. Very short walk down the stairs to the main area of Atrani. Francesco was the best host ever. Super attentive and helped us make plans. Would come to the apartment if needed. Fantastic all around. Only complaint is mattress was very tough. Would stay here again in an instant.

Atrani has a great location- 10 minutes by walking from Amalfi, a hub where you can catch ferries, buses, rent water sports or scooters, enjoy shopping and more, but quieter than Amalfi which was an ideal option for us. Restaurants in Atrani offer authentic, delicious Italian food. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are a few steps to the apartment but we treated that as our daily work out. The property manager was very helpful and always accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

Plus: Francesco is a nice guy. Carried one of our bags. Apartment was kind of clean, but cobwebs. A good restaurant recommendation in Le Palme. Minus: weird check in / out process - had to meet him instead of a cypher lock. A very poor bed (hard) and no mattress topper, even after asking. We made do by grabbing twin bed mattresses (cigarette holes, tears) and putting on top, but still below average. Francesco only uses WhatsApp - we called when we came to check in but he did not pick up. Collected room taxes ahead of time, which seemed odd, but after we were there 1 night it may have been in the event we left after that. Needed shampoo and paper towels. No couch. Two extra single beds (see above). Pretty spartan.

Das Appeartment befindet sich nur ein paar Gehminuten von Amalfi in einem wunderschönen Nebenort mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Francesco ist ein sehr liebenswerter Gastgeber und sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend!Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben spontan für 2 Nächte gebucht. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. The apartment is in a great location! We aren't the fittest, but steps were fine. Only a few minutes to the square and beach, then 10 mins through the pedestrian tunnel to Amalfi.Apartment is well equipped - a mattress topper would be good for main bedroom. That was only thing. Good kitchen area, great shower (warm/good pressure). Little balcony to sit with beautiful views of the village.Francesco is the best host - in touch if we needed anything at all. He is a lovely, special guy.We can't wait to stay again.

Ci siamo stati dal 5 all'8 maggio. Appartamento spazioso, con tutti gli accessori ( climatizzatori, lavatrice, cucina ad induzione, ecc. ). Vista sul centro storico con vista sul Santuario di Santa Maria del Bando e Grotta di Masaniello. Ad attenderci c'era Francesco ( persona gentilissima e cortese, sempre pronto a dare una mano e suggerimenti ), il quale ci ha accompagnato alla struttura. Bisogna fare circa una 50 di gradini.... ma ne vale la pena. Centro Storico a due passi, il mare vicinissimo. Contiamo di ritornarci. Grazie++++++++++++++++ Fabio e Alessandra

Wonderful stay

Francesco was super helpful in meeting with us and helping with luggage. His apartment was just as described and he was always available to help with any questions about the apartment and Atrani. We enjoyed the quiet of this charming town over the bustle of Amalfi. Yet it was easily walkable to access all the buses and ferries of Amalfi.

Great apartment in the heart of Atrani

The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk to Amalfi. Our host Francesco was great! There are 60 steps to climb up to the apartment and Francesco helped carry our luggage. The apt was very clean and spacious near local restaurants.
