The View is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views.

Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/10
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact BeachVillas 7 days before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
