New kitchen, upscale appliances, comfortable furniture and new flooring throughout. New mattresses, bedding and towels.The 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are also completely rennovated. Direct TV provided and streaming in all TVs. Beautiful beach front views from the Master Bedroom and balcony. Wonderful lake views from the living room balcony. The living room, dining room kitchen 1/2 bath and laundry room are all downstairs. The Master bed room, master bath, guest bedroom and guest bath are all located upstairs. Pinnacle port is a gorgeous 26 acre resort situated between lovely Powell lake and the Gulf and is great family destination. The lake offers kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, boating and other recreational activities. Four tennis/ pickleball courts, Bocce ball courts, volleyball and an awesome children's playground are all on the property. You are minutes away from Pier Park, 30A and other activities. You will not find a more beautiful beach or condo anywhere.

Why they chose this property
Hi, I purchased this unit in October of 2017 for family, friends and guests to enjoy. I also wanted to find a place close to my daughter and her family when I come to visit. I researched for over a year to find a unit that met all of my requirements: safety, entertainment, amenities, family friendly, not too crowed and number one, ON THE BEACH! My goal was to create a place that felt as comfortable as being at home. I believe I have accomplished this and I hope you will feel the same. The unit is completely renovated with light colors, new kitchen, new furniture, new floors, bathrooms, air/heating unit and a large size washer and dryer. You will also enjoy TVs in each bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living room and free WiFi
This property offers so many fun things to do. You can play basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, swim ( 2 Great Pools), fish on the pier or you can enjoy Pier Park and Shipwreck Island with the kids to name a few. There are many great restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute drive. If you just want to stay in and enjoy the beach, there is a Winn Dixie and Publix just minutes down the road.
The rates are set for you to enjoy your family vacation and enjoy the many entertainment opportunities.
