You'll love our possible two-bedroom unit at a one-bedroom price, complete with a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room that lets down into a comfortable bed. Our beachfront condo has been remodeled and professionally repainted, with all new linens, towels, bedding, and pillows. We've even updated the lighting throughout the condo, and you'll find original artwork by artist Grace Russell throughout, including a beach mural in the upstairs bathroom.

When you stay at our condo, you can easily access it by using the elevator or stairs on the ground floor in the central tower at Pinnacle Port and go to the 1st floor. Our condo is A-118. The downstairs bedroom, which looks out onto the beach/gulf, is on the 1st floor, along with the full bathroom. On the 2nd floor, the dining room looks out onto the beach/gulf, and the shaded balcony off the living room has a spectacular view of Carillon Beach and Panama City Beach from Pinnacle Port to Thomas Drive. The balcony has a table and chairs if you enjoy outside dining.

At Pinnacle Port, you have access to the best of both beaches! The attractive seaside villages of 30A, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove Beach, and other shops and restaurants are just a 4-minute drive to the west. For Destin, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in the country, is only 30 minutes away. For Panama City Beach, Pier Park, the newest shopping village at the beach offering numerous department stores, small shops, restaurants, and a 16-screen movie theater, is only a 14-minute drive to our east.

If you stay at Pinnacle Port after March 18, 2024, guests renting must register their vehicle via the SymLiv web-based software and pay a resort fee per vehicle. The owner covers this fee for bookings made before March 18, 2024.

There's plenty to do nearby, including parasailing, deep-sea fishing, and several excellent golf courses. For the whole family, Gulf World offers a chance to get close to sea life like dolphins! Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, CVS Pharmacy, Wachovia Bank, several restaurants, and various shops are just a short drive away, and restaurants at Carillon Beach are within walking distance.

Don't forget to check out the adjacent bird sanctuary to the west, where you can find several birds, even some of which are on the endangered list. And if you're lucky enough to be here during turtle season, you might even witness some nests where sea turtles deposit their eggs along the beach, and you can witness the hatchlings make their way to the ocean.
