Cozy and rustic one-room house near Umeå
Small, charming, and rustic house with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Simply furnished and heated with a heat pump, providing a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Please note that the heat pump emits a sound – so if you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the house for you during the cold months.
The house is located in a small village just outside Umeå, within a short walking distance to Arboretum Norr, Baggböle Manor, and the beautiful nature along the Ume River. A short drive takes you to several small ski slopes, and there is a cross-country ski trail right outside the door.
Please note that city buses do not run through Baggböle – therefore, having a car is recommended.
