The space
Koralia’s Villas is a brand new property located in the magnificent and traditional village of Chorafakia, (Chania), just 20 minutes from Chania International Airport and only 30 minutes from the Old Town and Venetian Harbor of Chania.

The property spans 4,000 sqm and features four independent luxurious villas, each accommodating six guests in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one W.C., one living area, private outdoor space, private outdoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious private parking.Only one villa is now available on Airbnb.

Each villa is beautifully designed, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor. The main bedroom on the first floor features an ensuite bathroom.
Every villa is set in a peaceful and private environment where you can enjoy the majestic view of the Cretan sea, the calm, quiet surrounding area, and the delightful smell of the local vegetation.

Chorafakia is an ideal vacation destination offering all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, cafes) within walking distance and a variety of nearby sandy beaches (Pachia Ammos beach, Kalathas beach, Tersanas beach). The nearest beach is about 4 minutes away by car and approximately 20 minutes on foot.

To illustrate, in very close proximity, about 5 minutes by car, is Zorba’s beach, famous for the legendary sirtaki dance scene in “Zorba the Greek.” The magnificent Pachia Ammos beach is only an 8-minute drive away. This beach is surrounded by a circular bay with a port at the edge, and right next to it, you’ll find an organized and Blue Flag-awarded beach where you can enjoy the clean sea and sun.
