With one bedroom and bath, this comfortable accommodation is the perfect retreat for two people. - Intimate Quiet Setting at the top of Overlook Road - Spectacular Views of Moab Valley from Wrap-Around Deck and Large Windows - One Bedroom with King Bed and Bath with Shower (no tub) - Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Stove top (no oven), Microwave, Coffee Maker, and Toaster - Open living/dining/kitchen area - Wi-Fi Internet Access - Private Patio with Gas Barbecue - Secured Bike Storage Closet - Available Off-Season as a Monthly Rental - 1.5 Miles from Center of Town. Great view and location. Facilities were clean, laundry helpful and very cold freezer, (for making ice for our cooler).It was pretty hot and the swamp cooler worked just fine.

It was a lovely place to sit outside and look at the view of the mountains and surrounding valley.Condo is very convenient to arches and Canyon land. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet, relaxing place to stay.

Super clean, comfy bed and gorgeous views. Slightly outside town if you're looking for something a little more private, but just minutes away if your need anything. This was our 3rd time staying here and we hope to come back for a 4th.

We loved staying at this apartment in Moab- it was perfect for all we wanted / needed! A great base location for multiple parks- Arches, Needles, Island in the Sky, Mesa Verde, Monument Valley and Dead Horse- all easily obtainable with a few hours drive! Unbelievably quiet; the porch was awesome!!! Laundry was a great plus- very thankful for that!!! Owner very kind and responsive. If return to Moab, definitely will stay here again!

Spent 6 wonderful nights at this location. The views from anywhere inside was great not to mention the private wrap around deck. Super easy access to all Moab has to offer. Fantastic location, the views were amazing! Host was very informative and responsive. Nice to have a laundry room! Kitchen is tiny, no oven, but it serves its purpose if you are not into cooking huge meals (which we were not). Living room furniture was comfy, as was the bed. The wrap around porch was perfect for enjoying the views with morning coffee. I highly recommend this place!!!
