Up the stairs are the lounge with fire place, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Big glass doors open to the spacious balcony, that is stylishly furnished to eat out on the balcony, while enjoying the lovely views. The villa has a swimming pool with sunbeds and a barbecue area. The garden is beautifully done with colourful flowers and nice landscaping.
Distance to town is just 5 minutes by car. To access the nearest beach you need only 3 minutes by car.
