The interior of the house makes it particularly suitable for two families. There is a heat pump, which ensures minimal energy costs, as it heats both the living space and the water in the pool. There are 2 terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun for morning coffee on the east-facing terrace, while the southwest-facing terrace offers a nice barbecue evening.
