8 person holiday home in Bindslev-By Traum

A holiday cottage with indoor swimming pool and sauna, located on a large and secluded natural plot. The swimming pool is 4,9 x 3,3 x 1,3 metres with direct access to a bathroom and sauna. There is floor heating in the pool room and in both bathrooms. The floors of the house are partly wooden, partly tiled. Lime treated wooden walls and ceiling. Large living room that is tastefully furnished and has a wood-burning stove. There is an additional shower outdoors, as well as football goals and a bonfire pit. There is also a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Die Unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber und auch veraltet. Der Boden war stark abgenutzt, ebenso das Sofa. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche undicht wurde auch nach dem Passieren nicht repariert. Nicht alle Lampen funktionierten noch wurden sie repariert. Die Absaugung macht viel Lärm. Sie müssen den Schlüssel in 13 Kilometern Entfernung abholen. Sehr ärgerlich, weil man wirklich einen Umweg machen muss. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Viel Natur um Sie herum und Hirsche spazieren durch den Garten. Nordjütland ist aber trotzdem sehr schön. Abends gibt es nichts zu tun. Die Dänen sind auch ziemlich steif.

Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, hatte alles was man benötigt, Einzig die Matratzen waren sehr weich, aber das ist normal in Skandinavien, / Aber der Pool war eine Katastrophe, Die Haare der Kinder waren nach dem ersten Poolgang komplett kaputt, ausgeblichen, hart und verklebt, Nicht mal mit einer guten Spülung und Haarkur konnte man das Problem lösen, Die Badeanzüge und Badehosen haben nach diesem Aufenthalt auch komplett ihre Farbe verloren und können in den Müll, aus blau wurde fast weiss, ein Desaster, Und unsere Haut hat stark darunter gelitten, Hier muss man besser den Chlorgehalt mal prüfen lassen, der Chlorgehalt war hier definitiv zu hoch!!! / Alles andere hat hier funktioniert, auch die Sauna, / / Aber hiernach mussten die Haare der Kinder radikal kurz abgeschnitten werden, anders konnte man nichts mehr retten, Und die Haut leidet nach einer Woche immer noch, / Das war leider dann nicht so schön!

Schönes Haus, Gute Lage

Im Prinzip alles Ok, Gut ausgestattet, sauber, alles wie vereinbart. Leider sind die Pumpen teilweise in den Schlafräumen auch nachts sehr laut zu hören, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich stört. Zudem sind das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und die Garnitur im Wohnzimmer sehr Durchgesessen/ Gelegen.

De binnenzwembad was een hit bij de kinderen en we genoten van de sauna na een lange dag verkennen van het nabijgelegen Uggerby Beach, De woonkamer was ruim en gezellig, perfect voor gezinsbijeenkomsten, Zeer aan te bevelen voor een gezinsuitje!
