Well-maintained holiday home, partially renovated in 2021, with 160 m2 of wooden terraces on several levels, annex and hilly grounds with plenty of opportunities for play, and only approx. 400 meters to the Limfjord with a child-friendly beach and bathing jetties, where you can catch crabs or fish, among other things. You can also find blue mussels and oysters. The cottage is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. Both the cottage and the annex are energy efficient with heat pumps, thereby reducing consumption. In addition, there are solar cells on the cottage. The living room offers comfortable furniture, radio, free internet, flat-screen TV with Danish channels including TV2, ZDF (German TV), and various other international channels. In addition, there is Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic stove, refrigerator/freezer with a 30-liter freezer, separate 140-liter freezer, microwave, range hood, and coffee maker. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is both a washing machine and dryer in the house. For the little ones, there is also a baby cot. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the wooden terrace. The annex of approx. 15 m2 offers a double sofa bed and extra bedding. In addition, there is a TV, internet, heat pump, and Chromecast. In front of the annex, there is a café table and chairs. Perfect for teenagers or grandparents, etc. There are open and covered terraces throughout most of the house with good garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. The garden has swings, a hammock, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. The fire pit and charcoal grill must NOT be moved from the garden due to fire hazard. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
