Townhouse in the Rim Holiday Center on Rømø, where there are plenty of shared activities for both children and adults. The two-storey house has a well-designed layout. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. From here, you have access to a large 30 m² sunny, enclosed, and private terrace with garden furniture. There is also a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children. On the first floor, there are two additional comfortable bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The house is also fitted with a cable TV package featuring both Danish and German channels. At Rim Holiday Center, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, football pitches, and two large playgrounds, including a large jumping pillow. The holiday center also provides access to shared EV charging stations, including two Spiri chargers and four Clever chargers. The property is located only about 100 metres from an 18-hole golf course and within a short distance of shopping facilities and restaurants in Havneby, as well as the wide sandy beach of Rømø Sønderstrand. There are excellent shopping opportunities, and you can enjoy walks along the harbour and the Wadden Sea. The harbour atmosphere is unique, with several seafood restaurants, small shops, and the opportunity to watch the fishing boats, which often bring in fresh North Sea shrimp. Rømø is famous for its kilometres of wide sandy beaches, offering numerous leisure activities such as kitesurfing, land sailing, kite flying, and beach volleyball. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
