If you are keen to step in, you are welcomed to a house ready to give a lot of joy! The big red house is in a fantastic location and where you have several places to just "hang out" and socialize. Several outdoor spaces and the opportunity for the children to run around when they are tired. The front of the plot is primarily used by those who rent the small cottage if it is rented out, but the whole back is yours to the fullest. The other cottage can also be rented and has house number: 53858. From the kitchen you have a view of the beautiful garden. Next to the kitchen you have bedroom number one with a double bed (140cm). There is also a large family room for pleasant evenings indoors with a dining area and sofa group. Upstairs you have two larger bedrooms, one with two single beds. The other with a single bed is not insulated, which means it can get hotter during the summer. Two wonderful bedrooms where the children have the opportunity to retreat a little. Once you are in place, you will constantly be drawn outwards, because this is where you want to be. This is a great place for young and old. Here you park along the main road just outside the garden. The cellar is private and that must be respected. The trampoline on the grounds may be used but at your own risk. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along the coast, Haväng and knäbäckhusen to name a few. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes, Vombsjön and many other lakes are only a short distance away. If you have time to spare, the well-known Ystad Saltsjöbad have fantastic good food and also a very popular SPA that you can book into. A couple of places right in Brösarp or a short distance from there is Smulans Café which is not only a place for coffee lovers but also heaven for cookie fans. Explore the natural beauty of the Drakamöllan nature reserve. Also enjoy a gourmet experience at Brösarp's Gästgiveri, where the food is a culinary symphony of flavors and creativity.
