4 person holiday home in Ærøskøbing-By Traum

In Ærøskøbing Marina you will find this houseboat of approx. 15 m2. The boat has a spacious living area with all the necessary facilities as well as a nice large sun deck with room for four people, from which you can enjoy the sea view and follow life on the harbour. The houseboat of the Seaside Cabin brand is equipped indoors with a multifunctional sofa arrangement which can easily be converted into two sleeping places, lots of cupboard and drawer space, a kitchen (galley) with sink, fridge and hob (220V). There is also a bathroom and toilet on board and the boat is of course fully utilized in all corners. There is a sofa under the canopy outside, which can easily be converted into two extra sleeping places, (max. 175cm) long. The sleeping places outside are nicely covered, but you should be aware that the beds are only 175 cm long. The boat is also equipped with solar panels that provide free electricity for your holiday, and there is free access to the harbor's bathing and toilet facilities, etc. Not for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
