Lovely and spacious duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs (both en-suite). Good beds for comfortable sleeping. AC units in all rooms. The main bedroom has a private balcony with views to the communal gardens. Downstairs living/dining area for 6 persons and sofa bed. Separate fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Lovely garden with direct access to the communal area and swimming pool. Secured urbanization Albamar offers 3 swimming pool areas and bar/restaurant (open in the summer months).
Fast Wi-Fi, parking on the street just outside of the house.
Just across the road you have commercial center with large supermarket, few bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk down the road to the central part of the urbanization Riviera del Sol with many bars, restaurants and shops. Sandy beaches and long promenade 5 minutes by car. Perfect holiday home for families or couples. The car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area!
