The pool area is quite unique with marvellous views to the Mediterranean. There are a total of 4 swimming pools in the complex. 1 large pool and three smaller pool from where you can enjoy the fantastic sea views.
The apartment is conveniently furnished for 1-4 persons with 2 bedrooms, both with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to terrace with sea views. Master Bedroom has a bathroom en-suite.
Living room with dining table and comfortable sofa where you can also enjoy the spectacular view. The kitchen is equipped with, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.
Opposite the kitchen on the other side of the hall there is a small laundry room with washing machine.
There are 2 bathrooms. One, as described en-suite to the master bedroom and includes a bathtub. The second found in the hallway and is equipped with a shower.
The covered terrace is west facing with views to the Mediterranean, so you will be able to enjoy the evening sun. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs for 4 people and a small Weber gas BBQ.
The entire property is equipped with air conditioning and free wireless internet. Private parking space for your free disposal.
In the community area is also found a community room with table tennis and table football.
The dwelling Puerta del Mar (door to the Sea) is located on a closed road in Calahonda between Malaga and Marbella. The beach is right besides and the popular beach restaurant Chiringuito Royal beach is just a few hundred meters from the settlement. More restaurants and grocery stores are found in the Calahonda, where you can either walk or drive to in few minutes.
Puerta del Mar is a unique choice of apartment, if you want to live close to the beach.

Fantastic location. You can hear the waves from the unit. We didn't have an acutal address to plug into our GPS which made checkin a challenge. Other than that, it was a 5 Star stay!
Fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt til havet. Dejligt pool område.
1) Der mangler et spejl i stor størrelse i gang indefor hoveddøren, det er efterspurgt af damerne.
2) Der mangler vedligeholdelse af gelænder på terrassen, maling er næsten forsvundet.
3) Indgangsdøren i plan 2 kan ikke låses, dette bør ordnes.

Der var en god service, hvis man ringede og
manglede noget, blev det straks ordnet.
Der manglede en parasol på terrassen, der var så
varmt at man ikke kunne være der, når solen skinnede.

De host van Rincon rent was een perfecte gastheer
Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war sauber. Die Stühle dürften gerne bald ersetzt werden.
Am besten hat es uns gefallen, auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und abends den Sonnenuntergang dort zu genießen. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich nette Chiringuito Bars. Der Steg am Strand lädt zu längeren Spaziergängen oder Jogging ein.

Aircon kunne godt trænge til en opgradering, det brugte tæt på 10 dage om at køle lejligheden acceptabel ned. En god service var at sørge for at lejligheden var kølig til ankomst. Vi ankom til en lejlighed der var 35 g kl 02 om natten. Det er rimelig uoverskuelig

Klimaanlage als Heizung war nicht optimal, da es laut war. Daher in der Nacht abgedreht, dann friert man in der Früh. Sonst alles sehr gut.
