RENOVATED PROPERTY IN THE BEST LOCATION

Welcome to our incredible beachfront apartment!

Our beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with modern Scandinavian design. We are sure you will love it!

With enough space for 6 people, the property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, beds with high-quality mattresses, 2 lovely bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen in an open-plan concept with the beautiful living and dining room with access to the balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy stunning views of the beach and sea. The apartment has been completely refurbished in July 2023, so everything is new and in excellent condition!

The property has everything you need for the best holiday.

Located in the beachfront complex at Playa Lucera, Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The complex offers a large communal swimming pool facing the sea (opening may be subject to changes throughout the year, depending on the season, please check before booking), direct access to the beach and the promenade that extends from La Cala and ends at the beginning of the Municipality of Marbella. This gated complex offers assigned parking on site and beautiful, well-maintained gardens to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy beautiful coastal walks along the promenade: the ever-popular La Cala in one direction with shops, restaurants, cafés and the charming Cabopino marina in the other direction offering water sports as well as restaurants and cafés. Along the promenade you will find numerous beach bars and restaurants to enjoy a drink or meal with sea views.



It takes less than half an hour by car from Málaga airport and only 20 minutes to Marbella and 10 minutes to the large city of Fuengirola.



Very close by is the charming village of La Cala de Mijas and several excellent restaurants.



Other golf courses such as La Cala and Cabopino with 18 holes are located a short drive away. About 25 more golf courses within a 25-minute drive.

ADDITIONAL TIPS

We cannot fail to mention the fantastic restaurants very close by that you will be able to enjoy whilst staying in this property. We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position next to the sea with impressive sea views and sunsets. You can also enjoy "Los Marinos Paco" restaurant in Carvajal, always nominated for best traditional Spanish fish restaurant. And we cannot forget Sollo restaurant, with 1 Michelin star, at the Curion by Hilton hotel.

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive general dirt on the property.



Considerable amount of dirty dishes unwashed.



Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.



Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. Nevertheless, the guest accepts the following:



We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.



Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).



External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or for noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjoining plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities beyond our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence shall not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
