Ocean view condo in Ft. Myers Beach, FL available for monthly vacation rentals. Ft. Myers Beach is a great family beach with lots of great restaurants and family-oriented activities available nearby. Our condo is a bay-view condo and you have a beautiful view of the Estero Bay from the primary suite, living room windows, and the private balcony for our unit.
The condo has 2 comfortable bedrooms (Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, a Sleeper Sofa (Queen) in the living/family room.
Amenities include: heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs/tables, gas barbecue grills, central air conditioning/heating, dishwasher, disposal, stainless sink, microwave oven, range/oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, telephones with free local calls, high speed internet access, 2 smart HDTV's, DVD player, various kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, 2 elevators, and plenty of parking for guests. You can even fish from the property in the bay.

Perfect Winter Vacation

We had a wonder month in Chris's condo. The balcony is great for any meal and dolphin watching. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The community pool is great and faces Estero Bay. Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Chris for a great vacation!

This condo is very comfortable. Comfortable chairs and bed. Kitchen is a little dated but has everything and it all works well. Owner is responsive and helpful. View from the condo is terrific. Location is great, away from the craziness of Ft. Myers Beach pier area. The beach is a short walk, and there are 6 restaurants and several shops in Santini Plaza which is also within walking distance.

Modern, updated condo in perfect South Island location

My husband and I stayed at Windward Point unit 210 Jan and Feb 2021. We selected this location based on previous visits to FMB. The property itself has outstanding amenities with the pool and poolside grilling area a highlight for us. We saw dolphins regularly, an occasional manatee and relaxed watching the boats come and go from the marina. The condo to our surprise was recently upgraded with new kitchen counters/cabinets and appliances. New laminate flooring throughout. No carpet!!! The location is within walking distance to Santini Plaza, numerous good restaurants and the beach. Loved our stay and really enjoyed meeting the owners and renters. Felt very much at home.

Our parents selected this condo and location over 35 years ago. My siblings and I have been coming down from Cincinnati all of our adult lives enjoying this piece of paradise. Since none of us have retired yet, we love to offer our home to others as we hate to see it sit empty! It is one of the best places on Ft. Myers Beach! I call it "My Happy Place" We recently updated the kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances and new Pergo floors!

What makes this property unique

Sits on the quiet end of Estero Island, overlooking the beautiful bay. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, fine restaurants, farmers market, CVS, marina, and many more amenities. Hop on the trolley and in minutes you can be at the Lovers Key State Park and water activities available there.
