As you step into Casa MARINA #431, you'll be greeted by the views of the canal and the complex swimming pool. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been meticulously designed to provide a seamless blend of comfort and elegance.
The open-concept living area is drenched in natural light, with windows that frame the stunning vistas of the canal. A well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar overlooks the dining area, making it perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet meal with family.
The primary suite, with a king bed, is a retreat in itself, boasting direct access to the private balcony where you can savor your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play and boats coming in and out or simply relax and finish that book you've been reading! The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like oasis with a walk-in shower, and vanity. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed, offering a cozy space for guests and the 2nd bathroom, complete with a tub, is off of the hallway. Plenty of room to spread out on both furnished, screened in lanai's off of the living area and primary bedroom.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. If we have your signed rental agreement you will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
