Lovely 2 bedroom condo overlooking a canal near the south end of Fort Myers Beach. This lovely unit features an updated kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and a long private lanai perfect for relaxing and watching boats go by.
This unit has a spacious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and double vanity in the master bathroom. The spare room features two twin beds and a built in office space. Perfect for working remote!
The complex features a communal pool, hot tub, shuffle board, tennis and a fishing pier! Beach access located across Estero Blvd from Bay Beach Lane.
During the peak season it is a 1 month minimum rental, unless previously discussed.
