First - Communication with owner was timely and thorough. Really appreciated flexibility and his eagerness to support my stay. Amenities were understated in listing. This place is so wonderful! Located mid island with access to bussing to and from Time Square. (4.5 miles) The beach is an 8 min easy walk from unit where cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available to rent/day. This family friendly section of the island offers miles of beach shelling, walking and sunsets. Unit is quiet with free off road parking, smart TV streaming, excellent high speed internet and convenient elevator access. Pool is just steps from unit, amazing sunsets from private balcony, convenient walk to shops and farmers market. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Rental includes beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. An added bonus was the overall vibe of the property with pickleball/bacci ball tournaments and weekly water aerobics. All activities are free! There was also the occasional BYOB happy hour at pool and lots of socialising with wonderful owners/guests. Kids and adults of all ages mingled comfortably, though primarily an adult population during the time I was there. I hope you enjoy your stay, as much as I did!!
