Take the short ride by car, bike or the island trolley to the north end of the island and visit the Margaritaville Resort. Venture on to Old San Carlos Boulevard and frequent the many "old" favorite restaurants and bars such as "Wahoo Willies", "Snug Harbour" and "Nervous Nellies". Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its gopher turtle walk.
This vacation condo's ideal location offers easy northbound or southbound access to the mainland. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to outlet shopping at Miromar Outlets and Fifth Avenue in Naples.
The Publix grocery store is a few blocks north and has everything you need. Two great restaurants the Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are located on the bay behind Publix. A CVS pharmacy is located in the Santini Plaza a few blocks south along with a liquor store and more.
The Bay Village Condominium Association is still doing some post hurricane construction work on the common areas. As a result, the condo association is requiring all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. We will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.
A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED, Bay Village Condo Association rules. THE CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND AT THE PRESENT TIME STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. The elevator is scheduled to be operational soon. The Condo Association has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS RULES.
