Upscale in every way! From the granite clad Kitchen and Bathrooms, to the smart TV's with free Netflix! Everything you could possibly need to ensure your stay is a memorable one and a relaxing experience has been thought of at this supremely comfortable condo just across the street from the widest and best stretch of sugar soft sand on Fort Myers Beach.

Upon entering through the front door, you will be greeted with a bright and open floor plan. The Living area is spacious and open with Kitchen and Dining also all overlooking the Living area. The Living area is furnished with comfy sofas, a soft and welcoming recliner and Smart Cable TV with free Netflix access. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances plus small appliances such as toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, blender and crock pot. The bedrooms are split plan with Master Bedroom on one side of the condo and the Guest Bedroom on the other. Each bedroom is ensuite for complete privacy for all guests and has their own Smart TV + cable. On stepping through the huge sliding glass doors on to the south facing screened lanai, there is an outdoor seating area for 4 persons so to enjoy the Florida weather on your own private balcony.

Captain's Bay is perfectly located towards the southern end of the island. Every amenity is a short walk away including shopping, pharmacy, boating, restaurants and bars. The community itself has been designed with the traditional grand Florida style in mind. Set among lushly landscaped gardens, guest facilities include 2 heated swimming pools. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas + cooler are already provided for guests' use in the secure storage cupboard for the unit located on the ground floor of the building.

The coastal town of Fort Myers Beach has something for everyone. This idyllic beach location is perfect for both young families wishing to enjoy fun times on the Gulf Coast or couples seeking a romantic break watching sunsets at your island getaway.

Terrific Clean Condo in Great Location!

We really enjoyed everything about this condominium. It had everything that we need and was in a great location. You cannot go wrong renting this place . We are already thinking about coming back next year!

Fantastic Condo

We spend 2 weeks in this beautiful Condo. The Condo was well equipped. We have had everything we needed. It was very clean. Also the property was very clean and the other residents very friendly. Quiet environment. We loved the patio. Short walk to the beach.The communications was very nice and the check-inn description was excellent. We would love to come back.

Great quiet location and extremely clean

We stayed here for a month and enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The condo is in the perfect location if you're looking to get away from all the busy tourist areas. The place was extremely clean and hade everything you could need away from home, including beach gear. The pictures and description are spot on.

Perfect for a quiet holiday

Perfection if you want a quiet and very comfortable vacation. Hosts are excellent to deal with and communicate promptly and effectively. The apartment has everything required. Located in a peaceful area of Fort Myers beach. We loved it.

2 weeks of easy fun

Had a wonderful stay. Great location to walk everywhere especially the beach! Wish we would have looked into bikes sooner because traffic going north to ft Myers town square area is crazy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Bay, #102! Very comfortable, clean, spacious unit. They had everything we needed including a great kitchen stocked with good cookware etc. We would love to return!

Beach getaway in April 2024

This condo is well maintained but as Ian caused the whole area havic these condos are getting new windows, landscaping and construction somewhere M-F. Did not interfere with us going about our day, swimming at pool, walking, etc. Very friendly quiet area.

Wonderful!

It was great, very nice condo. If I had to list one drawback, it would be the long treck to the beach. Young adults could do it quite well, but we over 60 age group, it was a little difficult to carry beach stuff there. However, the salt water pool was fabulous!!! Would stay again.

I thought it may be helpful for future guests to know that beach access is directly across the street from the entrance to Captains Bay and is a 2 minute walk so very accessible. I checked it on Google maps and they estimate the beach entrance is 360 yards from the door from my building to the beach. Great place for our vacation

We like all sides of this place! The location is perfect for staying with children and seniors- waking distance is less than 5 min to a beautiful beach with white sand. The condo has all we needed for staying there. Each room has a TV, so all of us could watch what we wanted. AC and all equipment worked perfectly. We’ve been many times at the Atlantic side of FL, and it was our first time there. We hope to stay there next time! Thank you for great service!

Wonderful vacation

We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We liked having the closet downstairs to drop off beach equipment without having to drag everything up to the condo. It also kept sand out of the condo. We have rented many condos through VRBO and appreciated that dish detergent, some laundry detergent and trash bags were supplied. The location was great. Easy access to the beach, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Overall it was a nice relaxing time.

Very Nice Condo One Minute Walk from Spectacular White Sand Beach!!!

We enjoyed our stay because of the high quality beds, showers (and bath in one ensuite), kitchen facilities, laundry room, lanai, and living/dining room as well as the 86 degree F heated pool (5 foot 9 inches deep at one end and under 3 feet at the shallow end). We prepared every meal in the condo because it was so easy to do so. We had a rental and drove to local farmers markets, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods to get fresh goods, including 5 pounds of shrimp from the pier near San Carlos Blvd (where Doc Ford’s is). Fabulous find!! Delish!! The Island Pines community is well established and also welcoming and caring of newcomers. Parking is steps away. Garbage and recycling are also convenient. Some of the buildings and landscaping were getting final work to recover from Hurricane Ian. The pool was maintained by someone who seemed to come a bit less frequently than is needed for the cleanliness level in other condos and resorts. This was not something owners seemed to be bothered about, largely because it happened on windy days. The location is very good because across Estero Blvd is public access to the gorgeous white sand of Fort Meyers beach - an unbelievably wide beach!!! Clearly this is a major benefit of this location where shelling and biking on the beach are popular past times. There is a group on Estero Blvd who rent out motorized small vehicles as well. Lots to do - by car too. We stayed for 5 weeks. Thank you so very much Keely and Neil!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was just as described. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! Everything we needed and more was available! We truly enjoyed the bikes. Absolut tolle und gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Lage ist super , auch zum Strand nur über die Straße. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und es sind genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche da, sowie auch Geschirr und Kochutensilien . Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war toll und sehr nett . 100 % top 👍 Empfehlung . Vielen Dank , wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Strandurlaub zu dritt in Fort Myers Beach

Das Appartement ist topp ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage mit Pool und Tennisplatz fussläufig vom Strand. Rundum ein perfektes Domizil als Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden Floridas zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war vorbildlich. Rundum zu empfehlen.
