House&Villas - Casa RoCa

In the renowned town of Avola, you will find Casa RoCa, a charming, newly built flat. You will be just a few steps away from the main squares of the historic centre, where you can taste the sweets and typical dishes of the local cuisine in the numerous nearby pastry shops and restaurants.



Approximately 800 metres from the property you will find the wonderful beaches of Avolesi washed by the clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The structure can accommodate up to 6 guests and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a large open space with a kitchen-living room, an outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy a good breakfast, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom; on the upper floor there is a bathroom, two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom from which you can access a large terrace with a relaxation area. The structure is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars and uses energy produced by photovoltaic systems. A fine of 100€ will be requested for the missed/wrong waste collection.
