VILLA GRANADA GARDEN DELUXE. POOL AND BBQ

A magnificent 1,200 m² designer villa in an unbeatable location, where you can enjoy time with family and friends in its garden featuring a large pool, barbecue, and gazebo-bar, in a quiet setting just 5 km from city centre Granada. Its location near Monachil places it just 10 minutes from the Alhambra and the Nevada Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Natural Park—ideal for hiking, rock climbing, and cycling. The villa is 20 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 40 minutes from the beach.
We have equipped the house with all the amenities, top-quality features, and automated systems to enhance our guests’ experience during their stay, such as the “Alexa” smart speaker. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms, including the gardens and the pool area.

-BEDROOMS-
The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 half-baths, 2 kitchens, and can accommodate 11 people, with the possibility of expanding capacity to 15 people. The bedrooms are equipped with a television, individual air conditioning (heating/cooling), as well as a selection of pillows of varying firmness, sheets, blankets, and bath towels.
We also have 2 living rooms with fireplaces, each measuring 60 m², equipped with a 52-inch TV with a multimedia soundbar, a video game console, a pool table, and a variety of board games, so that all our guests can sit down to eat together or enjoy a film, a football game, or a game of pool in the living area. The breakfast buffet can be served at the island in our open-concept kitchen-living room, and dinner can be prepared in the kitchen next to the porch. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, iron, kettle, and kitchenware. We have a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer for extended stays.

GARDEN-OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor area features a beautiful Granada-style garden with fruit trees, palm trees, and pine trees over 20 metres tall. A large 50-square-meter pool with a slide and a sun deck with lounge chairs. A kiosk-bar with three counters where all kinds of drinks and snacks can be served, and a large built-in barbecue. In the picnic area, there is a 30-square-meter pergola set up as an outdoor dining area and chill-out zone where you can relax and enjoy the garden, as well as a 50-square-meter porch where you can spend quality time chatting, playing, and having fun.

-CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA-
The children’s play area covers approximately 300 m² where children and adults can enjoy a football goal with a ball, a giant chess set, a giant playhouse, and a ping-pong table.
