In summer you’ll find one of Norway’s best cycling trail networks in Ringsaks- and Øyerfjellet, in addition to the extensive Birkebeiner route for mountain biking. You can also go fishing, hiking and choose among many children’s activities such as horse riding, swimming and playgrounds.
At Natrudstilen you’ll find a café, cycling trails for both adults and children, pump track, frisbee golf and a bathing spot at Lake Eftastjernet, which keeps a pleasant temperature in summer because it is man-made and shallow.
Sjusjøen is also a hiking paradise, offering everything from easy walks around Lake Sjusjøen to longer hikes with views towards Jotunheimen and Rondane. You can climb peaks such as Lunkefjellet or join the popular 7-summit tour.
