Upon entering, you are welcomed by the unique character of the living room, where each decorative element has been carefully chosen to convey cosiness and sophistication.

The space flows naturally into the dining room and into the fully equipped kitchen, where a passion for culinary arts is manifested in every detail.



This floor opens onto a spacious balcony, an authentic private viewpoint where it is possible to enjoy unforgettable outdoor meals or simply lose yourself in the beauty of the sun kissing the ocean.



For leisure moments, Villa Harmonia offers a games and relaxation room, a space designed for entertainment and rest. Here, you will also find a second support kitchen for preparing your outdoor meals, complemented by a portable barbecue.

For greater convenience, this floor also has a guest bathroom.



On the upper floor, you will find the refuge of dreams: three bedrooms where serenity reigns absolute.



The master bedroom, a luxurious suite, includes a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, providing an environment of refinement and functionality.

The other two bedrooms, equally charming, share an elegant bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms offer an intoxicating view of the sea and access to a veranda where the first rays of morning become poetry.



The lower floor holds one of Villa Harmonia's best-kept secrets: a majestic indoor swimming pool, with the possibility of heating for an additional daily cost, and a panoramic view that frames the immensity of the blue ocean.
