The area is safe enough. It's walking distance from the university and near public transit. It wasn't pristine (some dirtiness and possible mold from a leak in the ceiling), plus there was construction nearby the whole time I was there, still it was functional for a work trip. The host was responsive and flexible where possible.

Property was in a good location. I was told that there would be a washer and dryer. However no dryer. They did have a rack that you could use but some clothes were still damp after drying for 2 nights and a day A/c was all right. As the unit was on the 4th floor the elevator and our ages was essential. It did go out of service the last day but was fixed prior to us leaving after back and forth communications. One point that aggravated me was that we were told that someone could come over and get our luggage down the four flights for 35 euros I said no and because it was fixed the morning we were leaving then it became a non issue
