Great location- central to everything. No lift but stairs are very doable. Clean and well appointed.

This flat is all about location, and it truly delivers! Piccadilly Station is only steps away, Oxford Street is just as close, and we were able to easily walk to so many of the places we wanted to visit. The listing is accurate about there being no lift, so be ready for multiple flights of narrower stairs. The flat itself is a bit more lived‑in than the photos show, but it was very clean and comfortable. For us, the unbeatable location more than made up for the wear. Would absolutely stay again!

Location was fantastic. Overall the air conditioning during the heat wave was appropriate. The bedrooms were nice and cool even during the hottest days. The living room stayed warm but that was fine. The master shower drain was not good and left standing water for the next person, making the shower floor slippery. I agree that the place could use a refresh as many of the chairs had wobbly legs. But overall an ok place in the middle of it all. Easy entry, good communication, clean overall. A stressful concern was a note left for the owners of the place for collection of past due funds threatening action. We were assured the owners were aware and we had no further interactions or issues.

The host was kind and helpful. The apartment overall was ok, but dated. The hall shower’s hot water handle fell off several times, while the master bedroom shower was impossible to regulate the temperate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable; difficult to just sit and relax on such low-backed sofas. Brutal fourth floor to get large suitcases up /down stairs, no lift. The location, however, could not be beat. Close to Whole Foods, a good Italian restaurant downstairs, Piccadilly and its Underground, tons of shopping and entertainment.

We loved everything about our London flat. It was the perfect flat for 5 women. Centrally located so we could properly explore London in its entirety. Just steps away from a tube station, that allowed us to get everywhere very quickly. Plenty of dining choices within walking distance. Would stay again, and highly recommend for a girls group, or a family with children.
