It is located on the edge of the forest above Ičići, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to Opatija if you want to explore it.



On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The entire space is decorated in a modern style and has underfloor heating and air conditioning so you can set the desired temperature regardless of the time of year. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an espresso machine. The dining table is large enough for your entire group and a high chair is also available. The living room has a large sofa and a TV with streaming services.



Casa Fani has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms and one other bathroom. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and have a large bed for 2 people and some have a balcony. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with toiletries and a shower.



The courtyard of the villa extends over 750 m² and is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. In the courtyard you will find a covered terrace with a table and there's also a barbecue, so you can easily prepare meals. In addition, the villa offers the opportunity for true wellness enjoyment. A swimming pool, hot tub and sauna await you. And if you want to work out while on vacation, the villa also has fitness equipment.



This villa is a great base for exploring nearby Opatija and Rijeka, as well as eastern Istria. Opatija is a short drive away and you can explore the town or walk along the 12km long promenade. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity of the villa, and the Učka Nature Park is also nearby, so there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.
