Apartment on the upper floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, couch with sleeping function in the living area, daylight bathroom with shower, pets allowed on request, up to 3 people, parking space approx. 170 m away

The location close to the center makes it possible to reach everything your heart desires within a short distance. Whether it's a day at the beach without the hassle of searching for a parking space, a trip to the Karls adventure village or a culinary treat in one of the numerous restaurants.

Apartments 1, 2, 5, 8 and 9 have a free parking space on site. The parking spaces for apartments 3, 4, 6 and 7 are approx. 170 meters away. There is also a lockable room for storing and charging bicycles (for a fee).

Dogs are welcome in our apartments - an additional final cleaning fee per stay will be charged. All guests will receive relevant documents from the owner after booking.

Our four-legged guests are provided with a food bowl mat and a dog bed from Hunter (80x60). We also have a doggy bag. This includes a small snack bag, two paw wipes and two poop bags. Our guests can decide for themselves whether they would like to book bed linen and towels or bring their own. Additional bookings are made at an additional cost.

Apartments 8 and 9 in the attic each have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The linen packages are included in these two apartments.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. 🤩 Alles ist einem top modern Zustand, wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Lage zum Strand und anderen Aktivitäten/Lokalitäten. 🌊🍓🏌️‍♀️ Zudem eine ganz liebe Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin. Für mich ist die Unterkunft eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zu Besuch.

Für uns eine gelungene Unterkunft und Auszeit

Obwohl das Schlafzimmer am Treppenhaus ist, war dieses trotzdem sehr schön ruhig. Andere Gäste waren nie zu hören. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
