Beautiful Oceanfront Maui Condo

Enjoy your stay at this luxury oceanfront condo. It's only 21 steps from the ocean! Right in front of the ocean, you can lay by the resort pool. We are located right next to the Ma 'alea Village where you can take whale watching tours, snorkeling excursions, and deep sea fishing trips. Or just sit on your lanai enjoying watching surfers, whales, and sunrises over Haleakala while sipping on your favorite tropical drink. Visit the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, just a short walk from the condo, and learn all about the different marine animals and indigenous Hawaiian fish.

This condo was fully remodeled with a tiled shower and granite counter-tops. There is a washer and dryer convenient for you in the condo. One bedroom (king size bed), one bath with capacity to sleep four people including the fold out queen sized sofa bed. Fully furnished kitchen, air conditioner, cable TV, WiFi, DVD player, and a Bose music system.

Heavenly stay in Maui

Steven's property was amazing! The views over look from the balcony were beyond beautiful. The condo was cleaned and equipped with everything we needed made us feel like home. We had a wonderful family vacation time here. We look forward to have a longer stay here again!

The condo was very nice but small. They let us in earlier than the Usual check in time which was a good perk. The condo was super clean, in good shape, and very well equipped. The location is a bit isolated so you need to have a car. The adjacent Harbour is walkable and has good boat trips and a few restaurants.

Nice base

Nice central location. We booked the place for the view, and it lived up to expectations. Owner was very responsive throughout stay. Somewhat basic accommodations, but the kitchen would be very convenient if one wanted to prepare meals at home base. Not too much going on nearby - you have to drive to most everything -but bc you are central in the island, you’re never “too far” from any of the major attractions.

Beautiful property in Maalaea

It was a pleasant stay near Maalaea harbor in this beautiful property. You could literally walk to the harbor to get all the popular cruises. The sea facing lanai was the show stopper, you could listen to the sea from the living room and enjoy the ocean breeze. The property has all the necessary amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to enjoy Maui!

Traveled with my 2 adult daughters. Spend a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend with them. The condo is comfortable, clean, fully stocked with anything you may need, centrally located, quiet and the view is priceless! Would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful View and Location!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo and the view is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect, we explored the whole island and the drive to each destination wasn’t to lengthy. The condo is in the bottom center of Maui. Also, the condo has everything you need like your at home. Lastly, the owner communication quick and helpful. Response time was quick on questions we had while we were there. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!!

Wonderful Location- Gorgeous views of ocean & mountains!

This was a perfect location for visiting various parts of the island. Condo was clean and had all the amenities you need for a week plus stay. It is steps away from restaurants, ice cream parlor and shops. Steve was very prompt for any questions we had before our trip and gave us good suggestions. It is perfect for family of four with younger kids. I’d highly recommend it!!

Great quiet place

This is a great property! It is centrally located and easy to get to anywhere on the island. If you want a resort in the middle of all the action, this isn’t the place, but if you want a nice place to unwind after being in all the action, this place is perfect! We watched whales each morning and night right from the deck. It is equipped with coolers, chairs, umbrella and snorkel boards. . Definitely would stay here again.

Great location

This property was perfect for my son and I's dive trip to Maui. Property is located in the center of the island so it was easy to get to dive sites on either end of the island. Plus there are two coffee shops and several restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Aquarium is also within walking distance which let us avoid paying for parking. Unit was clean and even tho the building was an older building, everything was safe and comfortable. Great view too! I would easily stay here again.

A Perfect Stay!

This condo was perfect for our 9 day stay! It had necessary items but more impressive was the ability to watch whales and turtles right off the balcony (lanai) all day and evening! We loved the location and could easily go to any part of the island for our activities. We also struggled when we first got there and ended up locking ourselves out of the condo and Steve helped us immediately and we were good to go for the rest of our stay! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!

Quiet part of busy island

Maalea is located in the center of west Maui and is a relatively small and quiet area. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. The nearby ocean center is a real gem. It’s only a short drive from a number of golf courses and beautiful sandy beaches. The pool and beach front are small but well maintained. The ocean has access but is rocky and dangerous. Our condo was comfortable and well supplied. There’s a wall unit a/c located in the kitchen/living area which leaves it a bit warmer in the bedroom but fans help keep the sleeping area reasonably comfortable. Overall this is a great place to unwind.
