The property is fully equipped, on the second floor, with an elevator, beautiful views of the pool, and parking within the condominium. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

Electricity is not included in the rate; the daily cost is $15 USD.
You will have an assigned parking space for the duration of your stay.

The apartment includes toiletries, water, and coffee, which are not replenished during your stay, so you will probably need to buy some basics at the nearest supermarket or at the local mini-market, which offers home delivery at no additional cost.

If something is not working when you enter the apartment, please report it immediately.

In case of loss or damage to sheets and towels, an additional charge will be added to your account, as will any damage to the property.
