Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood
I had an absolutely delightful stay at this apartment! The location is simply superb – centrally located with easy access to all the attractions, making my exploration of the city a breeze. The apartment itself is in impeccable condition, well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I want to express my gratitude to the host and the staff for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights about the neighborhood and ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my overall experience. One suggestion for future guests would be to disclose the absence of an elevator in the building. While it didn't personally bother me, it could be a relevant detail for individuals with mobility concerns. Nevertheless, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

Good location - expect power cuts, water shortages and water cuts
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location but there were quite a few issues whilst staying here - power outages, water cut offs and water shortages. Every so often the wifi went down as well. Considering the location and the age of the building, I would expect more sufficient running of the property but... all in all the location is really good but for the price I expected more...

Good stay
Overall good. The condo complex is well kept and the condo we rented was comfortable. The condo pool was excellent and it and the grounds were well kept. The neighborhood of the condo’s location in the town was however very noisy all day and late into the evening.

Great month in Punta Cana!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location as as indicated in photos of the property with the exception of the living room furniture. I am sure this is because the couch appears to be new. It looks nice but not terribly comfortable. Having said that we would definitely recommend this property. It is in a great location, easy walk to the beach once you get your bearings. Lots of restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance, including mini markets. It was easy to get the bus for a quick ride into town to the larger grocery stores. The condo is well equipped, the only thing I would have liked was a couple more serving size bowls, but you can make do! Otherwise, well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The other people in the complex, whether renters or owners, were pleasant, friendly, and made you feel welcome. The pool was great. The caretaker does a fabulous job of looking after the grounds, and is a hard worker. Security on site at night. A very pleasurable one month stay. Highly recommend and we hope to return!
