In 1876 it was used as a rural house and today, thanks to a wise restoration that has brought the structure back to its original beauty, it has been used as a country residence of approx. The house is located near Castellina in Chianti, situated on a hill from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside of the Sienese Chianti up to the towers of Monteriggioni.

Tenuta extends over a land of about 460 hectares located in a quiet and panoramic position on the vineyards and the rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m above sea level), between Castellina in Chianti and Monteriggioni. Inside the estate there are alternating vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields, protected by woods and scrub. Castellina in Chianti (grocery stores, tennis) is 5 km away, Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops) is 15 km away, Siena and San Gimignano is 20 km away, Florence is 50 km away. Tennis 15 km, riding stables 15 km.
