Perfectly situated for exploring South Wales, the Lodge is 15 minutes from Aberavon Beach, 25 minutes from the picturesque Mumbles, 45 minutes from Rhossili Bay & Gower & 45-minute drive to Pen Y Fan.
The space
This charming 2-bedroom house, built in the 1850s, offers a delightful blend of 19th-century design and architecture with modern comforts.
The spacious master bedroom features a super king size bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable single bed. The living room includes a double sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Additional double-airbed available for additional two guests. In total 7 guests can stay.
You'll also find a welcoming dining room, a equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bath for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with modern amenities, including a microwave, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, slow cooker, toaster, cutlery, plates, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar to make your stay even more convenient.
Outside, enjoy a peaceful garden at the back, perfect for outdoor moments. The house has two convenient entrances: one through the side, leading into the living room, and another through the back, opening to the kitchen. There’s also private parking available on the side of the property. This house combines historic charm with convenience, making it a unique and comfortable retreat.
Guest access
The Lodge is a detached house with a front part with a single room unit and rear larger part with two rooms. We are advertising the rear larger part of the house. There is a door connecting both units. As someone lives in the smaller unit, the door is locked and sealed.

Property is of 19th century design & build so it may surprise you one way or another.
There are beds for 5 adults. Additional 2 adults would have to sleep in double airbed.
