This must be the place! Welcome to Wit's End a just renovated private 3 acre gated property in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton. Featuring 5 bedrooms (the 6th bedroom is a den with a pull out queen sofa bed), 4 bath, tennis, pool, fireplace on 3 acres up a private road, gated, charming home in the NW woods. Sag Harbor OR East Hampton Town Centers are just 5 minutes away, local beaches 10 minutes, bay beaches are a short walk or shorter drive from our home! The famous East Hampton hiking and bike trail have a private access point into our neighborhood.

PLEASE note, while the pool is open, the air is chilly still. We will charge to heat the pool on days when the outdoor temperature is below 78* Excessive propane usage (heating above 84*) will be deducted from the security deposit.

Our home underwent a complete renovation in 2017 and refresh in 2022:
-Lovingly decorated and furnished with Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and ABC Home furnishings along with pieces of our art collection
-2017 Renovated Kitchen featuring Miele dishwasher, Miele speed oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator and Sub-Zero wine fridge and Wolf 6 burner stove. With an island that seats 4, this is a true pleasure to cook and entertain in! Concrete plank tiled floors, quartz counter top and barn wood shelving finish off our chef's kitchen.
-4 Full Ann Gish tiled bathrooms with gorgeous Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Danze and Toto fixtures. Master bath has an oversized spa shower
-5 Bedrooms (four queen beds, loft bedroom has a full sized bed with en-suite bathroom and sitting area with pull out queen sized bed and basement bedroom has a full sized bed)
-Den/6th bedroom has a queen size pull out couch. Den also features a desk and 42” TV.
-Master Bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Loft suite has ensuite bathroom with hallway access.
-Private Loft Area also has a separate TV seating/den area
-Finished basement with additional 6th bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room with 2 washer and dryers, and 1000 sq ft entertainment/playroom
-WiFi
-60" flat screen, 50" flat screen and two 42" flat screen Tvs
-Sonos throughout
-Wood burning fireplace
-Direct propane lined Grill
-Outdoor Shower
-Central AC

Just bring yourself! We have plenty of baby, toddler kid items from a crib to pack and plays, high chair, etc. just ask. Dogs friendly but we must know in advance as we do charge extra for the additional cleanup. Property is sprayed for ticks and is fully fenced in.

Gorgeous home with spectacular property

We cannot say enough about this amazing home! The house is in pristine condition with all top of the line appliances. It’s extremely spacious and decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was a rainy weekend but they have a gorgeous pool with a playground for the kids. Perfect vacation home for a large family gathering or ladies weekend. We really enjoyed our time in the house and would definitely go back! The property owner is a sweetheart and verh easy to work with!

Perfect getaway

I had a group of friends come out to celebrate my birthday and Kristina and the house could not have been a better experience. Kristina was so thoughtful and responsive with questions I had leading up to and during our stay. She made sure everything was in order to make the weekend seamless and worry free! The house is very well maintained and everything was up to expectations. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

This was one of best experiences we have had with a rental. The home was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything from baby toys to dog beds. The host was wonderful. She responded quickly and graciously agreed to a special request. We would love to return to this lovely home.

A wonderful Stay

We loved our 10 day stay at this property. The house easily accommodated us, and the communal spaces led to fun filled evenings of dinners and games. The tennis court was a plus for us. It is immaculate, and we enjoyed it daily. I hope to return next summer!

From the moment I walked into our home, I knew there was something so special about it. Nestled up on a hill, surrounded by woods and nature, you forget about all your worries as this house is the definition of a peaceful place. Our property has everything--from the pool, to tennis, to lounging around the house, to walking the trails on Passing Road, you might never choose to leave! And if you do, the bay beaches are a mere 3 minutes away, the ocean beaches 7 minutes, and East Hampton and Sag Harbor towns are equidistant at 4 minutes each. Plus, there are nature trails and biking trials galore that surround us. There is something for everyone here!

What makes this property unique

Very private, and wonderful location close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor as well as local bay beaches and ocean beaches! Truly a home, this is an exceptionally well maintained property that wants for nothing.
