People seemed lovely and very efficient in handling the booking and kind about my Pug Dog joining us.Unfortunately, my sister broke her leg the week before we arrived so just me and the Pug dog!I was pleased they didn’t come in the end as they just wouldn’t have been happy. Not well cleaned - i cleaned the tables so I could use them and anything I needed in the kitchen. Didn't use the oven. It just wasn’t clean.The stairs in were steep and narrow - turned out to be just as well my sister and her husband couldn’t make it as they wouldn't have made it up the external staircase and there was a second set of stairs once you were inside. I thought the details said one and a half bathrooms and assumed a second WC - only one WC in a small shower room with a narrow gap to get into the shower. Good shower once you are in.Lovely main bedroom and a place full of character right in the centre of The Lanes in Norwich. It is above a very good fish and chip shop but inevitably a bit smelly from the fat cooking. Very nice people in the shop but unusual entry as it is a bit uneven surface and then the steep staircase.Lovely trendy, full of character property well positioned place for young, fit people.
