Apart from having to move to a different flat and the lack of facilities, it was very good.

The location and surroundings of the flat are ideal. Three underground stations are just under 10 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. The area is very quiet.

Als wir am 26.3.2026 abends ( 20 Uhr) ankamen, war das Apartment unbewohnbar. An mehreren Stellen tropfte (offenbar bereits schon länger) Wasser aus der Decke. Nach einem Anruf bei FeWo-direkt bekamen wir direkte und kompetente Hilfe. Wir schickten ihr Fotos vom aktuellen Zustand des Apartments. Eine Mitarbeiterin des Britannia Hyde Park Hotels (Vermieter) gab uns die Adresse und Türcodes eines Ersatz-Apartments, ca. 10 min. von der ursprünglichen Adresse entfernt.Das Apartment (13 Devonshire-Terrace) war von der Größe und Ausstattung her vergleichbar. Leider war das Schlafsofa defekt. Zwei ausklappbare Füße (Schlafsituation) lagen abgebrochen in einer Schublade. Ein Mitarbeiter des Britannia Hyde Park Hotels legte ersatzweise Styropor darunter, damit das Schlafsofa in der ersten Nacht benutzt werden konnte. Es wurde im Laufe des folgenden Tages repariert. Leider war es sehr (!) hart und vom Schlafkomfort absolut nicht vergleichbar mit dem des ersten Apartments. Ungünstig war, dass es keine Geschirrhandtücher gab. Da ausreichend Frotteehandtücher vorhanden waren, haben wir das Geschirr damit abgetrocknet. Es gab keine Schaufel und Handfeger, Müllbeutel fehlten und eine Anleitung wie und wo der Müll zu trennen bzw. zu entsorgen sei.Die Lage und Umgebung des Apartments war absolut vergleichbar zu der ersten Adresse.

Bonjour Aucune interaction avec l’hôte . Il manquait plus de la moitié des couverts pour manger . Une odeur de poisson à l’arrivée comme si la pièce n’avait pas été aéré depuis un moment
