Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Host was helpful with restaurant suggestions and food shopping. The flat was very clean and comfortable with many extras. Would stay again and recommend to others!!

The host was very responsive. We arrived late (11:30 at night) but the host Nicole waited up and was available by Whatsapp to answer our questions and make sure we got checked in okay. Later during our stay, we had a leak in the toilet and the host came right away and fixed it, was super helpful. Would stay here again! Very convenient to Queens Park tube (FYI, there are alot of stairs so be aware you will get your steps in!).

Great little bolthole while we were working down in London. Comms with Nicole is exceptional, any questions or issues answered almost instantly. The checkin/out was very straightforward. Lots of recommendations for pretty much everything you might want and convenient for the tube too.Property matches the pics, and was actually bigger than I thought it would be. Nicole was a fabulous host! She was very communicative before our stay and did everything she could to make sure we had a lovely time. She was easily contactable during our stay too in case of any queries or issues. The flat is ideally located for a stay in London with easy access to underground and overground services and a number of restaurants and shops for convenience. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were very clean. The flat was super warm and was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out were very simple and Nicole even provided us with a travel cot on request. The flat is old and has creaky floorboards and because of the close proximity to the trains it was a little noisy, but it didn’t stop us from sleeping well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Nicole as a host! Thanks so much for having us.

The Internet was adequate in the sitting room, but nowhere else. The pictures of the place did not lie, but it was not an appropriate place for a senior (me) as there were more steps than expected involved. I expected steps up to the flat, but once inside there were many more. The worst was the number of steps from the bedroom to the toilet. This is difficult for a senior in the middle of the night. The location was excellent and the hostess was amazing. The place was clean and welcoming.

We had an amazing time at Nicole’s place as a family of 4 and created very good memories. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and the living room can be easily transformed into a 3rd room with a big bed. Very comfortable beds, all new, in the 3 rooms. Very bright with and newly renovated apartment in an old Victorian house: the walls are all immaculate white. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything one needed. We felt very good. If ypu keep windows open, it might be a bit noisy with neighboors playing in the garden and the trains not too far. We were there end of Aug and iwe had no issue, closing the windows at night.

What makes this property unique

I love this flat. It’s a huge space (almost 1,000 sq ft) and has a continuous summer breeze flowing through from the big windows in each room. High ceilings, a new kitchen and bath, and excellent views make the flat feel very posh.

The flat entrance is up one flight of stairs, and the living space is up another half flight of stairs. I can help with any luggage if you just let me know!

This flat is in a 150-yr old building and we've tried to preserve some of the original charm and features.
