The 24 residential units offer satellite TV, free WiFi and a furnished balcony or terrace. The apartment type offers space for up to five people with a size of approx. 37 square meters. It has a double or twin room and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed. Depending on requirements, an additional bed can be accommodated either in the bedroom, the living area or in the entrance area.

Guests can enjoy culinary offerings in the restaurant, the snack bar or the bar. The sun terrace with loungers and the communal outdoor pool (opening times still to be clarified) offer relaxation. A bicycle rental service, tennis courts and a playground are also available.
