Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and heating. Fully renovated, it is located on the ground floor of a building constructed in 1910, which retains its wooden beams. As it faces the interior of the building, it is very quiet. Two small patios provide light and ventilation to the apartment.
– MÁLAGA CITY CENTRE:
It is located in a traditional Málaga-style building constructed in 1910, but with all modern comforts, as the apartment has recently been renovated. Situated on one of the best-known streets in the city centre, the popular Calle Ollerías, near Calle Carretería, just a two-minute walk from the famous Plaza de Uncibay, around which you will find the widest selection of restaurants and leisure venues in the city. All the city’s monuments and museums can be reached on foot.
The apartment is ideal for enjoying Málaga’s historic centre without any disturbance, as no street noise reaches it due to its interior-facing location.

– GETTING AROUND:
It is exceptionally well located in the centre of Málaga, within easy reach of all monuments and museums. Supermarkets, fashion shops and the most popular restaurants are also nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the main bus and train stations. Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops for the main city bus lines are only about 13 minutes away on foot. Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also around 15 minutes away on foot, allowing quick access to the airport and Málaga-María Zambrano station.

INTERIOR GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT:This is a small 55-square-metre apartment, charming and well equipped. As it faces the interior of the building and is located on the ground floor, it receives very little natural light, which comes from its two small patios. As shown in the photos, there is one step to access the living room and another to enter the bedroom.
This is tourist accommodation that meets Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification requirements and has been recognised with the WeRespect certification.
NO SMOKING:Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, although it is permitted on the patio.
CHECK-IN:Arrival at the accommodation is from 3:00 pm, but we do our best to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.
PETS:Pets are welcome. Owners will be responsible for the animal’s wellbeing and for any damage they may cause. The house rules and the rules of the and the rules of the homeowners’ association must be respected. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged on arrival. We can provide a pet bed and food and water bowls upon request.
