The 2 builders acre property is the second largest residential lot in Sag Harbor Village, where lot sizes are known to be small. Plenty to enjoy for outdoor living in the warmer months with pool, hot tub, extra large outdoor shower, fire pit, back deck, and front lawn. Wonderful off-season home with full basement entertainment, fireplace, en-suite first floor master, office and privacy as facing a 5 acre reserve.
