The apartment comes with bed linen, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome kitchen amenities kit (1 sponge, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 2 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and hand soap). Nespresso coffee capsules and a bottle of mineral water are also included.

Within 100 meters of the apartment, you’ll find all kinds of services and leisure options, including supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball courts, and the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.



You'll also be close to Valencia’s traditional farmland (La Huerta), which dates back to the Andalusian era. In addition to crops like cereals, vineyards, and olive trees from Roman times, the area is well-known for rice and tiger nuts, along with vegetables such as eggplant and artichoke.

Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find a bus stop (lines 19 and 31), taxis, and a bike lane.
