The apartment has 5 beds. New furniture, fully stocked American kitchen, air conditioning, shower, TV sets in all rooms, hot and cold water, ceiling fans, heat-insulated windows, terrace next to the pool (swimming pool open from the end of June to mid-September ---- swimmingpool open from end june until middle september) and sea view. Very large swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and flower beds. The apartment is located in a residential condominium in peaceful area halfway between the village of realmonte and its famous beach 'Turkish Steps'

Schöne Tage bei Alfonso

Nur wenige Kilometer von Agrigent entfernt haben wir in dem hervorragend eingerichteten, modernen und sauberen Appartement von Alfonso eine schöne Unterkunft gefunden, um unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung durchführen zu können. Die herrlichen Tempel vor Agrigent, die romantische Kulisse der Steilküste, schöne Strände oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. So bleibt genügend Zeit für schöne Stunden am Pool oder auf der Außenterrasse. Wir bedanken uns bei dem immer hilfsbereiten Alfonso und würden gerne wieder kommen, Reinhard und Thomas

Appartement super equipe! Tres bien situe pour les visites touristiques et les plages. Seul bemol: la taille de la douche .de plus accueil chaleureux en francais et piscine dans la residence .

Un petit nid douillet

Petit appartement mais où on se sent bien tout de suite.. Alfonso qui parle français est un hôte idéal. Le salon/ cuisine est un peu petit et très chargé mais on s'y sent bien. Il est vraiment conçu que pour un couple, c'était donc juste parfait pour nous. Très très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, même il y en aurait presque de trop. Il existe une petite terrasse abritée par un grand parasol qui devrait nous pensons être changé (un store électrique serait le bienvenu, il permettrait une fois plié plus de luminosité dans la cuisine.). Nous avons apprécié les télévisions (1 dans salon, 1 dans chambre) avec 4 chaines françaises : Arte, TV 5 monde, France 24, BFM). La salle d'eau et la douche sont un peu petites. Nous aurions mis le WC avec la machine à laver et la douche à la place du WC, ce n(est qu'un avis personnel. Appartement très propre en RDC avec double accès sécurisés et possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant la location. Idéalement situé pour voir Agrigente, la vallée des Temples et la scala dei turchi. Nous recommandons absolument cette location pour les couples.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passés un trés bon séjour. L'appartement était trés propre, trés bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire est sympathique, disponible. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter!

Si tratta di una struttura bellissima e vicino alla spiaggia dove è situata la Scala Dei Turchi. E' dotata anche di piscina scoperta e di parcheggio privato. L'appartamento dispone di un terrazzo fronte piscina attiguo alla cucina, cosa che ci permetteva di pranzare all'esterno sia per colazione che per i pasti......esperienza da consigliare a tutti. La ricezione wifi era assolutamente perfetta da qualsiasi angolo della casa, il propietario Sig. Alfonso ci è stato di grande aiuto anche per quanto riguarda informazioni di vario genere...........abbiamo già riservato per la prossima estate
